Young Enterprise is the United Kingdom’s largest business and enterprise education charity. Every year they help 250,000 young people learn about business and the world of work in the classroom under the guidance of a network of 5,000 volunteers from 3,500 companies.

This year is the first year that Shrewsbury School has introduced Young Enterprise into the list of extra-curricular activities available to pupils on Thursday afternoons.  There are currently 30 students participating and they are being supported by advisers from Caterpillar Shrewsbury and Golden Kite Solutions.

All three teams learnt a great deal from their first foray into selling to the general public.  They are now preparing for the next trade fair which takes place on the 8th of March.
