Sports Facilities Administrator

Permanent, Term Time + 6 Weeks
Up to £19,000 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator who is looking for a varied and interesting role to join our Sports Department Team. The successful candidate will support the Sports Facilities Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the department and will deliver effective administrative duties as well as providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

You will possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and have a good telephone manner as you will be liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have excellent IT skills with a good all-round knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel, word, mail merge and outlook. You will need to have a flexible approach to meet the office priorities and deadlines.
