Shrewsbury Half Marathon, Sunday 17th June - 'Team Shrewsbury School' is raising money for Haiti and would be grateful for your support

‘Team Shrewsbury School’ will once again be pounding the streets of our lovely town, partly as a personal challenge and partly to raise money for a very worthy cause. The Team has more runners than ever before this year – 61 at the last count, including current and former pupils, staff and parents. Their chosen charity is the Andrew Grene Foundation, which supports a school that is carrying out incredible work with children in Haiti following the devastating earthquake in 2010 and is also transforming the lives of over 1,500 Haitian women through a microfinance project. It was co-founded by a former Churchill’s and Ridgemount parent, Tim Perutz.
