Notices to Parents and Guardians
It was lovely to see so many families at Speech Day on Saturday and we hope that you all had a wonderful day. To all those for whom that Speech Day was their last - pupils, parents and members of staff - we send our very best wishes. Please keep in touch with the School and the Salopian Club and remember that once a Salopian, always a Salopian - and that you will always be welcome back.
Shrewsbury School Musical 'The Drowned Bride' at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival - and a preview performance in Shrewsbury

(Full details under 'Forthcoming Events' below.) Anyone who would like to come and support the cast would be hugely welcome – and do please spread the word among family and friends.
Just before they head north, they will also be performing for one night only in the Ashton Theatre. Tickets for this performance are free with a retiring collection.
Academic Extension Resources
The Shrewsbury School community wishes Mark and Elizabeth Turner every success as they move to St Michael’s University School in Vancouver, and thanks them for eight very successful years at Shrewsbury. We look forward to welcoming Leo Winkley, his wife Jules and their three children as he becomes the 28th Headmaster of Shrewsbury School in September 2018.
Please see Mark Turner's final letter to parents and guardians.
