Shrewsbury International School Bangkok celebrates 20 years of education

Shrewsbury International School Bangkok is celebrating 20 years of providing quality education by launching a state-of-the-art innovation centre.

Shrewsbury International School Bangkok is a sister school of the historic Shrewsbury School in England, which was founded over 470 years ago. On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, the school launched the Sir David Lees Innovation Centre. With an investment budget of over 1.1 billion baht, the new innovation centre aims to promote education with state-of-the-art facilities across the disciplines of science, mathematics, computing, innovation and robotics. With this dedicated centre, it has contributed to the proven and ongoing track record of stellar exam results and university offers.

Situated on the top floors is the Stephen Holroyd Sixth Form Commons offering a dedicated study and relaxation environment for upper senior school students. It also serves as a focal point for Higher Education, providing students with advice and counselling for their desired university destinations.

Complementing the new Innovation Centre, there are new sports and activities areas including an additional sports hall, all-weather tennis courts, badminton and volleyball courts, a football pitch with real grass and a dedicated strength and conditioning zone including a spin cycling room.
