Success for Salopian in Pony European Selection Trial

Archie T (Rt, IV) won by a four-mark margin at West Park Horse Trials on Sunday, Aprill 11th.  

Riding his horse Mohill Gypsy, Archie was awarded first place in the Pony European Selection Trial. 

Archie said; “This is my second season doing the Pony European Trials but unfortunately there was no Europeans last year due to COVID.  

“I was in the lead after the dressage phase but picked up four penalties in the show jumping phase. I regained the lead after having the second fastest time in cross country and winning by a four-mark margin. I am now looking forward to moving onto horses and hopefully taking eventing into a professional career in the future.”
