Sixth Former awarded Scholarship to Art School in Italy

A Sixth Form pupil has been awarded a scholarship at a private art school in Florence.

Giorgia I (EDH, UVI) has been awarded a full scholarship for her undergraduate course in Fashion at Polimoda.

Giorgia is just one of over half of our current Upper Sixth who are going on to study creative courses at excellent institutions in a diverse range of areas.

Her work, along with many others from across the school, is currently on display as part of the art faculty's final show 'Salopian Art 2021'.

The exhibition features art and photography pieces from our GCSE and A Level students and includes a range of 2D and sculpture work along with film and installation rooms.

Those attending Cabaret Concert on Friday and Speech Day on Saturday will be able to view the exhibition, with a limit on numbers in the building. For any further information regarding the exhibition, email [email protected]
