Close Matches: OSFC v the School

A magnificent turn-out!

If the OSFC players were looking for competitive matches, they certainly encountered them against the School on 6^th November. At 1^st XI level, a well drilled School side defied the pundits by defeating the large OS squad deployed against them 1-0. The OSFC 2^nd XI won 4-0 against the School, but there were tight finishes at 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th XI levels with the scores going 2-1 in favour of the OSFC in each game. Over 70 Old Salopian footballers were on show, a magnificent turn-out.
