Salopian Professional Networking Events off to a great start

Three events have already taken place for Salopians working in property and the law.

The Futures Department and the Salopian Club are working together to organise events to bring together Old Salopian and parents who work in various fields.

The first informal gathering for property professionals took place just before Christmas in London. Around 15 people met for a drink the Star Tavern. This inspired a revival of the annual OS Property Dinner which sold out in a couple of weeks and almost 50 people enjoyed the evening at the Coach Makers Arms in Marylebone.

Next more than 20 lawyers and people who work with the legal profession gathered at The Last Judgement on Chancery Lane including some current parents and alumni from Shrewsbury International School in Bangkok. 

An evening for Salopians employed in finance and financial services is planned for next term.

Many Salopians have already reported the value of establishing contacts which have led to new leads and relationships. Being an Old Salopian and a member of the Salopian Club means access to a supportive global network of professional and social contacts for life!
