Saracens Dinner March 2022
Royal Liverpool Golf Club at Hoylake
After (for many of them) a splendid day’s golf on Saturday 5th March on the Championship course at the Royal Liverpool Golf Club at Hoylake, forty-five Saracens crowded into the Club House for the Saracens AGM and subsequent dinner, presided over by Nicko Williams (SH 54-58) who promised rich rewards to Henry Lewis (I 07-12), Captain of the Cricketer Cup team, if the trophy was lifted this year! In response, Henry Lewis expressed his appreciation of the major contributions made to Salopian cricket by Andy Barnard, Master in charge of Cricket since 2003, and Paul Pridgeon, Cricket Professional from 1990 to 2018 and still coaching in retirement, both guests at the evening. By midnight the party looked set to continue……
