The boys of Rigg’s Hall will be taking on a charity cycle challenge.

Team Rigg’s have decided to cycle 770 miles on static bikes – the distance from Land’s End to John O’Groats - in order to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.

The challenge, which takes place on Sunday 8th December, has been organised by Lower Sixth Form pupil Thomas B-B and will see the whole house taking on the cycle which they have decided to do in honour of Sir Chris Hoy, who recently announced his cancer diagnosis.

Team Rigg’s said: “Sir Chris Hoy has always been an inspirational athlete but he has also proved to be an inspirational human being in the way he has dealt with his diagnosis.”

You can sponsor the charity cycle here.
